Refund Policy

 

Our customers are our priority and we will always do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. Although we hope that our products arrive to you in perfect condition, we recognise that on rare occasions this may not happen.

If there's any issue with your order such as product shortages, damages or any other discrepancies, these must be reported to us via email at info@enchantingbathbombs.co.uk within 14 days, starting from the day of your delivery, and by stating your order number followed by your message.

Damaged items - When we send our products to you, we have made sure they are safe and securely packaged. However, damages could occur during shipment. If your order arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us with photographic evidence. If you have to return, we ask that you repackage the damaged items (after corresponding with us), and send back to us. We will notify you when its delivered to us and process your refund or send you a replacement.

Refunds will not be issued where bath bombs have minor cracks, slight colour difference or imperfectly spherical shaped. The bath bombs are handmade and could have hairline cracks, colour differences. As with any handmade products, imperfections may be found.

Cancellations - You can request a cancellation of your order within 24hours of placing it and a full refund will be issued. Any requests to cancel after this period will be null and void.
